At the end of each year, it is customary to summarize the results of the year: what we have achieved, what victories we have won, and what plans we have for the future. The LuckyFit team is no exception.
The year 2024 brought many pleasant things, as we managed to get one step closer to popularizing our product – the LuckyFit CRM system.
CRM for business: become recognizable and increase profits
CRM-system is an effective tool for organizing productive business work. LuckyFit software is actively used by fitness clubs, gyms, gyms, dance studios, etc.
It can be used to:
- remove routine tasks from employees and automate key processes;
- increase the number of new customers and retain existing ones;
- increase sales;
- track all customer activity and their interaction with the club;
- perform critical operations without errors.

In 2024, the new users are:

- Estonia;
- Latvia;
- France;
- Turkey.
Such a geography of the program distribution is the result of fruitful work of each of the team’s specialists. We have developed 19 branded stand-alone applications that make it much easier for customers to sign up and buy season tickets, while they allow the club to actively promote the name of its brand and make it recognizable.
Sales and statistics of program usage
We would like to recall the figures that are pleasant for us. In 2024, 97 new sports and fitness clubs and gyms chose LuckyFit to work with clients and perform important daily processes. Already at the end of the year, we had 312 active customers who were able to improve their service and level of service thanks to the system. This means that clubs and gyms have made a good profit, and many customers have gotten closer to a healthy lifestyle and a beautiful body.
Last year there were 205,302 new downloads of the program by club customers, which is a great achievement!
If we analyze the analytics through the user app, the use of LuckyFit’s CRM resulted in 16358 season tickets purchased, 1060865 group records, and 28638 individual training records.
It’s a classic of the genre to plan and set goals for the coming year. Our goal is to make efforts to ensure that LuckyFit CRM system is used by as many sports businesses as possible, and that our regular users get even more opportunities from the software. To achieve our goal, we plan to improve the functionality and features of the program, add new options and fix bugs. All these achievements are the result of conscientious daily work, a great desire for innovation and recognizability.
